Blue Max Hancock is our feature program sire and the cornerstone of our breeding program. At 15'1, 1250+ lbs, he exemplifies foundation Quarter horse with plenty of bone, substance, sound feet & legs and an unbeatable disposition. He is level-headed, quiet and good-natured even in a pasture full of mares. He has a smooth way of traveling and is a pleasure to ride & handle. He is extremely willing, and has never offered to buck. Max is passing along all of these excellent traits to his offspring along with plenty of color. He is homozygous black & has produced blue roans, bay roans, grays, duns, grullos and bays. To date he has produced about 85% roans, many out of non-roan mares. We have kept some of his exceptional daughters that are proving to be really nice mares. Like all his colts, they are extremely sensible and gentle. We are currently breeding his oldest daughters, so look for their progeny to begin making a name for themselves.
